Run Log
Run Log shows the running workouts in Apple Health in a format that is easy to read: a list, a chart, a calendar and your records. The last 30 days are included. Run Log Pro, a one-time purchase, adds your longer history.
What is included, and what needs Pro
Included
- The last 7 days and the last 30 days
- Runs list, chart, calendar and records for that window
- Pace, distance and heart rate for each run
- Hide bad data, share a month as a picture, light and dark mode, large text
Run Log Pro
- The 90-day, 1-year, Year and All-years views
- Custom date ranges, up to 5 years
- Calendar months older than 30 days
Run Log Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Your older runs stay safe in Apple Health; Run Log needs Pro to show them.
What it does
- Runs list with distance bars and pace chips: fast, steady and easy; long, medium and short.
- Chart of miles and average pace by day, week, month or year. The longer views need Pro.
- Calendar with each day's distance or pace, week summaries, and a shareable picture of the month. The last 30 days are included; older months need Pro.
- Records: your longest and fastest runs, 5K, 10K and half-marathon times, and your biggest week and month, for the range you pick.
- Fix bad data: hide a run Apple Health recorded wrongly, and look up exactly what Health reported for a day.
- Made to be read: large text, light and dark mode, pinch to zoom.
- Private: no account, no ads, no tracking; your data stays on your phone.
