Run Log Support
The app shows no workouts
Open the iPhone Settings app, then Health > Data Access & Devices > Run Log, and make sure Workouts and Heart Rate are on. Then open Run Log and tap Settings > Sync now.
A number looks wrong
Apple Health sometimes records a workout twice or with a wrong distance. Tap the day in the calendar and choose Hide this workout, or use Data Check in Settings to see exactly what Health reported.
What is included, and what needs Pro?
The last 7 days and 30 days are included, with the runs list, chart, calendar and records for that window. Run Log Pro is a one-time purchase, with no subscription, that adds the 90-day, 1-year, Year and All-years views, custom date ranges and calendar months older than 30 days. Your older runs stay safe in Apple Health; Run Log needs Pro to show them.
How do I unlock or restore Run Log Pro?
Tap a locked range such as 90D, 1Y, Year or Custom, or open Settings, and choose Unlock Pro. If you bought it before, or on another device with the same Apple ID, tap Restore Purchases. If you have a promo code, tap Redeem a Code.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your phone. There is no account and no server. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Settings > Saved Data > Clear saved data & settings, or delete the app. Your Apple Health data is never changed by Run Log.
